1.5 oz FEW Straight Bourbon

1 oz Fresh pineapple juice

¾ oz ITALIAN BITTER APERITIF

½ oz Fresh lime juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain over a large rock or crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple leaves.
